Update on the requirements of the Labor and Social Security Inspection regarding the Wage Register and the Equality Plan.

Over the last month we at GM Integra HR have seen an increase in the number of injunctions issued by the labor inspectorate with regard to legal compliance with the Wage Register and Equality Plan.
We are seeing the imposition of penalties exceeding €3,000 in most cases for not having a Wage Register in accordance with the law or for not having the Equality Plan duly updated.

The Wage Register is mandatory for all companies and the Labor Inspectorate has redoubled its efforts in recent months to verify its correct completion.

The Equality Plan (which must include the Wage Audit) is mandatory for companies with 50 or more employees and, as of today, we are aware of campaigns in different autonomous communities by the Inspectorate to control its implementation/updating (as the case may be).

At GM Integra HR we want to convey the importance of complying with these obligations and remind Sage users that they can generate:
- Salary Register
- Salary Audit

In accordance with the regulations in a quick and simple way, thus avoiding the imposition of sanctions by the Labor and Social Security Inspection.
