Getting to know Tania Lomas – Head of Administration Department at GM Integra HR
Today, “Behind the Desk” we want to introduce Tania Lomas. With more than 15 years of experience, Tania has grown alongside the company, always contributing her enthusiasm and commitment at every stage of her career.
She started in the area of accounting and internal payroll, then exploring the workplace, where she acquired a broader vision of our activity. During these years, she has taken on challenges and constantly learned, facing new responsibilities that led her, in 2020, to lead the Administration Department.
Today, Tania coordinates a dynamic and versatile team that manages everything from billing and accounting to finance. Her leadership is not only based on her experience, but on her closeness, empathy and ability to motivate her team. She is one of those people who not only makes work happen, but also inspires those who work alongside her to always give their best.
