Royal Decree 902/2020, of October 13, on equal pay for women and men, in development of Article 28 of the revised text of the Workers' Statute Law, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015, of October 23, and Article 46.6 of Organic Law 3/2007, of March 22, for the effective equality of women and men, introduced a novel regulation of various instruments through which the principle of pay transparency is to be applied, as stated in Article 3 of the aforementioned royal decree. One of them is the job evaluation procedure.
