We remind you of the consequences of failure to comply with the obligations imposed by the Revised Text of the Workers’ Statute Law approved by the sole article of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015, of October 23, on contractual matters.

The Workers’ Statute, in its consolidated version, provides a legal framework for labor relations, regulating aspects such as hiring, contract duration, causes for termination and compensation, among others, with the aim of protecting workers’ rights and establishing a balance with employers’ duties.
