NEW LAW: SPECIFIC PROTOCOL ON SEXUAL AND GENDER-BASED HARASSMENT

With the publication of the Organic Law 10/2002, (see the summary we have prepared for you from this link), it will be important for the company to take into account: "that companies must arbitrate specific procedures for the prevention of sexual harassment and for reasons of sex and to channel the complaints or claims that may be made by those who have been victims of these behaviors".
