Royal Decree 902/2020, of October 13, on equal pay between women and men, in development of article 28 of the consolidated text of the Workers’ Statute Law, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015, of October 23, and article 46.6 of Organic Law 3/2007, of March 22, for the effective equality of women and men, introduced a novel regulation of various instruments through which the principle of remuneration transparency must be applied, as indicated in article 3 of the aforementioned royal decree. One of them is the job evaluation procedure.
