Royal Decree-Law 2/2022, of February 22, on urgent measures for the protection of self-employed workers, for the transition to structural mechanisms for the defense of employment.
With this rule, the Temporary Employment Regulation Files (ERTE) related to COVID-19 processed based on Royal Decree-Law 18/21, of September 28, are extended until 03/31/22, as well as the extraordinary measures associated with them, in order to facilitate the transition of these files to the new ERTES introduced by the labor reform.
Its entry into force is 02/24/22.
