Over the last month, at GM Integra RRHH, we have seen an increase in the number of requests from the Labour Inspectorate regarding legal compliance with the Salary Register and Equality Plan.
We are seeing the imposition of sanctions that exceed €3,000 in most cases for not having a Salary Register in accordance with the law or for not having the Equality Plan duly updated.
The Salary Register is mandatory for all companies and the Labour Inspectorate has redoubled its efforts in recent months to verify its correct implementation.
The Equality Plan (which must include the Salary Audit) is mandatory for companies with 50 or more employees and, to date, we are aware of campaigns in different autonomous communities by the Inspectorate to control its implementation/updating (as the case may be).
At GM Integra RRHH we want to convey the importance of complying with these obligations and we remind Sage users that they can generate:
– Salary Register
– Salary Audit
In accordance with regulations quickly and easily, thus avoiding the imposition of sanctions by the Labor and Social Security Inspectorate.
