Direct hiring<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>By incorporating workers with a degree of disability equal to or greater than 33%.<\/p>\n<p>To achieve this, companies can collaborate with entities specialized in labor insertion of people with disabilities, as well as adapt selection processes and guarantee an accessible and adequate environment for performing their functions.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Alternative_measures\"><\/span><strong>2. Alternative measures<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>In case of impossibility to hire directly, companies can opt for:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong>Subcontracting services<\/strong> with special employment centers or entities whose corporate purpose is the labor integration of people with disabilities.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Making donations<\/strong> to foundations or associations dedicated to labor inclusion of this group.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Developing training and labor insertion programs<\/strong>, aimed at training people with disabilities for future employment opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Consequences_of_non-compliance\"><\/span><strong>Consequences of non-compliance<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Non-compliance with this obligation can result in <strong>economic sanctions<\/strong> for the company, in addition to affecting its reputation and commitment to <strong>corporate social responsibility<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Fines can range between <strong>301 and 6,000 euros<\/strong>, depending on the severity of the non-compliance.
