GM Integra HR INFORMATION NOTE:

Several trade union organizations have filed with the Labor Authority in Catalonia a notice of general strike for 8/03/22 throughout the territory of the autonomous community of Catalonia, on the occasion of the day of the working woman.

This advance notice has not been challenged, so the strike has been legalized within the framework of the workers' right to strike.

Workers who opt for their right to support this strike, their employment contract will be suspended during that day, and they will not be entitled to receive the corresponding salary, nor the proportional part of the extra pay or the weekly rest days. On the other hand, the company will not be obliged to pay Social Security contributions for that day.
