ROYAL DECREE-LAW 6/2022 OF 29 MARCH ON URGENT MEASURES IN RESPONSE TO THE CONSEQUENCES OF THE WAR IN UKRAINE.

On 30 March 2010, the Royal Decree-Law 6/2022 of 29 March on urgent measures to respond to the consequences of the war in Ukraine was published in the Official State Gazette (BOE).

The rule, which comes into force on 31 March 2022, aims to mitigate the consequences of the war and the current crisis in the transport sector.

The regulation introduces direct aid to the different production sectors that may have been affected by the current humanitarian crisis. In the same regulation, five main groups of measures can be extracted that will favour the increase of the business fabric and competitiveness due to the increase of costs associated with the consequences of the escalation of the war in the Ukrainian area.
