REPEAL OF ROYAL DECREE 7/2023 DATED DECEMBER 19 ADOPTING URGENT MEASURES AIMED AT THE TRANSPOSITION OF DIRECTIVE 2019/1158 ON THE RECONCILIATION OF FAMILY AND PROFESSIONAL LIFE AND CAREGIVERS.
Today, January 11, 2024, the parliamentary processing of Royal Decree 7/2023 of December 19, 2024, has not been ratified.
Consequently, the novelties that had been agreed upon in the aforementioned decree are hereby annulled and repealed.
