Today, “Behind the Desk,” we want to introduce Eric Barrera, a fundamental part of GM INTEGRA HR. Eric began his career with us managing payrolls and, little by little, he took on more responsibilities until he became an HR technician.

Throughout his career, he has learned to adapt to the constant changes in the sector and has seen how process automation has transformed his work, making it more agile and precise. But what really stands out about Eric is his focus on teamwork, his willingness to learn and his commitment to improve every day.
