Getting to Know Lidia Casals – Equality Consultant

Lidia is part of the Gender Equality Department, where she supports companies in complying with regulations on equality and non-discrimination, as well as in implementing real and effective measures to create more inclusive work environments.

Her work is structured around three main areas: developing Equality Plans and LGTBI Law Plans, creating protocols for action against sexual or LGTBI-phobic harassment, and training and raising awareness among staff to prevent inequality at its roots.
